If the new owner is taking over the current website, getting access to the customer list, and all previous orders, then we will need the following information to set up a new billing account. We suggest that you set the new owner up as an Admin user in the Control Panel under Admin > General Config > Users.

If you are set up with ERSPay, do you want us to leave that in place until the new owner is set up, or do you want it removed immediately? You and the new owner would need to agree about payments if it is remaining in place or if you chose to remove it. We can set up an "alternate payment method" temporarily and the new owner will need to collect payment outside of the system then manually update the orders.
