We’ve identified 3 main audiences for ERS content.
Age: 20-40
Attributes: young families/family oriented, buying failed businesses, suburban, 1-3 units
Goals: passive income, finding tools to manage business, facebook and google search for audience and business management
Strategy: demonstrate software, education, value proposition (why software is needed from start), all-in-one package that grows with the business, passive income opportunity
Age: 35-45
Attributes: married w/ school ages kids/family oriented, suburban or urban, 4-99 units
Goals: growth, work-life balance, becoming industry leader
Challenges: Optimizing logistics, expanding inventory, managing team
Strategy: all-in-one pricing (one software does it all), saving time and money, growth, offering resources and tools to become industry leaders
Age: 40-50
Attributes: married w/ older children, large warehouses/multiple locales, uses digital marketing tools, high-value addons (i.e. carnival rides, dumpster rentals), preparing for acquisition, 100+ units
Goals: establish lasting legacy, dominate market
Challenges: advances business management tools, diversifying team, profit
Strategy: improved diversification and delegation techniques and tools, market leadership and dominance, multi-rental tactics
