Territory 1 information
This name will be associated with your folder and be how your location is referred to. If you are an existing customer upgrading to territories, this could be the existing primary folder name.
If you don’t know your foldername, it is in the URL of the Control Panel you use to login to theb ack end of your website. It is after the https://and before the .ourers.com

- 5. Once a configuration has been completed, we will send you a link for you to review the territories. In order to request updates, we ask that you send your Account Manager a detailed email with all of the changes that you would like made. Once a revision has been completed, we will respond, asking you to review your information again. If any requested change requires custom work, we will send you an estimate for those services for your approval prior to beginning the work. Requested changes may also result in a request for you to submit a Feature Request should they not currently be a functionality existing within the software. Feature Requests do not have any set timeline for completion, but may be upvoted by the ERS community to accelerate development.
